GREG MAZARES, CEO
Greg is a distinguished senior executive with over 45 years of experience in consumer products, financial services, and litigation support services and technology. For almost four decades, he has held senior leadership roles within the litigation services and tech sector. Greg has demonstrated exceptional prowess in building profitable companies and fostering strong professional teams. His leadership has contributed to the substantial growth and successful sales of several companies in the legal services industry. Greg is known for his strategic vision, building strong professional teams, leading dynamic revenue and profit growth, and expertise in mergers and acquisitions. For years he has consulted with leading private equity firms targeting the legal services and technology industry. He holds an undergraduate degree in economics from Harvard and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
ANDREANA AMAYA, CRO
Andreana Amaya is Chief Revenue Officer for Hire Counsel, where she oversees the strategic initiatives and sales activity of Hire Counsel’s national sales team, business development teams and company marketing initiatives. She works closely with each member of the team and take a hands-on approach, focusing on sales strategy, process optimization, performance management, and team collaboration.
Andreana brings over 20 years of legal experience and background in sales development and management. Prior to joining Hire Counsel, Andreana was at LexisNexis, where she was responsible for leading teams of all sizes to deliver growth of legal software and services. With a long tenure at LexisNexis, she is well versed in eDiscovery services and software, enterprise legal software and services, large and small law litigation in legal/government/corporate markets.
Andreana earned her BA from Marist College and is fluent in Spanish. She lives in New York and is always up for adventure and new experiences.
DAN IRVING, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
PATTI AYALA, CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
Patti leads the Human Resources, Talent, and Administrative functions, that empower our talent nationally. With 20+ years’ experience, Patti develops and executes Human Resources strategies that contribute to the growth and innovation of Hire Counsel. In partnership with the leadership team, we are transforming our culture with an emphasis on retention and engagement.
Prior to joining HCMC Legal, Patti held Human Resources leadership positions at Chamberlain Group and Seaton Corp, Patti earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in biology from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Patti resides in the suburbs of Chicago. She possesses a natural curiosity and finds joy in exploring new knowledge domains. She shares memorable adventures with her family and has a passion for travel.
REBEKAH WOODS, DIRECTOR OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Rebekah Woods is the Director of Project Management at Hire Counsel, specializing in navigating the complexities of legal technology and discovery. With over a decade of industry experience, she is dedicated to empowering legal teams to achieve success through efficient project management practices.
Rebekah’s professional journey at Hire Counsel began in 2020 when she joined as an Attorney and Senior Project Manager. Her exceptional performance and leadership skills led to her promotion to Director of Project Management in November 2023. In her current role, Rebekah oversees global project management operations, facilitating collaboration among project managers, managing directors, and legal counsel.
Throughout her career, Rebekah has achieved significant milestones in project management, demonstrating her ability to deliver successful outcomes in demanding legal environments. Her leadership has been instrumental in driving efficiency and collaboration within Hire Counsel’s project management operations.
Rebekah earned a B.A. in Political Science and Government from the University of Michigan. Outside of her professional endeavors, Rebekah enjoys gardening, hiking, running, and fostering hardto-place dogs for a local non-profit-based rescue.
NEIL TSAO, SENIOR DIRECTOR OF ANALYTICS DEVELOPMENT
As Senior Director Of Analytics Development, Neil is responsible for the evaluation and implementation of AI and analytics based tools for Hire Counsel.
He is a Reveal Academy Certified Genius, a Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS) and is well versed in the document review platforms, Relativity, Reveal and Axcelerate. Neil has managed projects for Hire Counsel for over 7 years and has made it his goal to accurately guide reviewers, reduce costs and increase the accuracy of reviews through management and the use of analytics.
Neil Tsao holds a Bachelor of Science in Cell & Molecular Biology and Genetics from the University of Maryland and a Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law. He is a registered Patent Attorney with over 20 years of experience in the eDiscovery space including several years as a staff attorney in an AMLAW 100 firm working on Pharmaceutical, products liability, and financial litigation.
Neil was admitted to law practice in New York and USPTO, and is a member of the American Bar Association.
DENISE ASNES, SR. MANAGING DIRECTOR, NATIONAL FULFILLMENT
Denise joined Hire Counsel’s NY office in 2001 and was responsible for the recruitment and placement of temporary attorneys, temporary and permanent paralegals and contract specialists across the country. She opened our Philadelphia office and headed up the Philadelphia and Wilmington markets.
Prior to joining Hire Counsel, Denise was a paralegal for 15 years at New York City’s most prestigious law firms before joining Ernst & Young as an associate director responsible for the management of V.P. hiring in North America.
Since 2012, Denise has been responsible for hiring, training and supervising Hire Counsel’s project-based recruiters nationwide. She is responsible for process optimization to ensure best in class results. Based on her years of staffing experience, she is well versed in the nuances of plaintiff, defendant and government agency needs and has experience in multiple practice areas and industries, including but not limited to; Biotech Data Breach Mass Tort, Toxic Tort and Product Liability, Pharmaceutical Finance and Crypto Patent/IP, Antitrust and other Government Investigations.
Denise earned her B.S. degree from State University College at Buffalo and Paralegal Certificate from Adelphi University. Denise has been instrumental in staffing and supervising the staffing of projects exceeding 250 contract attorneys with fluency in foreign languages in both the U.S. and U.K. Denise currently serves on the board of Women in eDiscovery – Philadelphia.
NICK RADOICIC – MANAGING DIRECTOR OPERATIONS
Nick Radoicic is Managing Director of Operations for Hire Counsel, where he oversees all operations for MSP/VMS clients and leads the (SPA) Specialized Project Attorney recruiting team. He works closely with the team and take a hands-on approach with training up his team, managing placements and providing recruiting and market analysis while searching for the best talent out there
Nick brings over 15 years of staffing operations experience with emphasis on process analysis, production operations, customer service, and technical/operations support functions..
Nick earned his AAS Degree from DeVry University. He lives in the Chicagoland area and still loves to compete in sporting events.
