Two people were needed for this placement to assist with interviewing clients, facilitating court filings and assist with conducting discovery. Experience in mass tort claims was an additional requirement. A high degree of organizational skills and great attention to detail was also required.
The chosen candidate filling this position is assisting administration, paralegals and legal secretaries to revise and edit documents as well as manage and organize files. Light accounting, a geat attention to detail and problem solving skills were also required.
Multiple positions with attorneys barred in the state they live were needed for this request. The attorneys were responsible for drafting and finalizing corporate contracts and corporate governance.
The chosen candidate that successfully filled this position is responsible for internal and external collaboration with team members, client, opposing counsel, IT personal and client legal teams. In addition they ensure accurate execution of eDiscovery tasks while leading their team and providing guidance and expertise.
The candidate who successfully filled the role is a very seasoned litigation associate with trucking experience. They are responsible for the inception of each case through trial and beyond.
