Hire Counsel is proud to be a 100% employee owned company through the HCMC Legal, Inc. Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). In the temporary legal staffing industry, this is to the best of our knowledge, the first and only employee owned company. Both our own Hire Counsel staff as well as our temporary legal employees – temporary attorneys, temporary paralegals, temporary legal staff— can now participate in equity ownership through the ESOP, provided they meet the Plan requirements.
