Job Summary
Hire Counsel is currently seeking a legal project manager for an upcoming long-term document review project in Philadelphia.
Required Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of substantive project management experience
- Work hand-in-hand with client, outside counsel and discovery vendors to implement structure and work flow;
- Communicate timely identification and resolution of substantive issues from review team in a defensible and documented manner to Outside Counsel;
- Update client coding manual as needed and disseminate documented answers to review team;
- Perform metrics and review productivity analysis;
- Manage and perform Quality Control on a daily basis;
- Perform QC sampling of responsive and non-responsive documents according to parameters established by client and Outside Counsel;
- Make staffing recommendations to insure the review is completed on time and on budget.

- Duration: 6-8 months
- Schedule: 40-50 hours/week
- Pay Rate: competitive hourly rate
