Job Summary
Our client, a large law firm in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a temporary attorney to assist on an assignment that requires excellent research and writing skills. This project will last at least 6 months and requires working 40 hours a week. Large law firm and at least 4 years of litigation experience required. Securities litigation is preferred.
Required Experience
- Qualified candidate must be admitted (any State) and be active and in good standing
- Live in or be commutable to Philadelphia, PA on a daily basis
- Prior securities litigation experience a plus
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Large law firm experience preferred
Project Details
- Qualified candidate will assist a senior associate and a partner in researching and drafting memo's and other legal documents for submission in federal court.
