Job Summary
Hire Counsel is currently working with a large corporate client who has an upcoming need for a specialized attorney with experience drafting and negotiating IT hosting service agreements. Eligible candidates must have at least 5 years of experience with IT hosting service agreements. This project may be done remotely, so the attorney must be set up to work from home. The schedule will be part-time with anywhere from 10-30 hours/month.
Required Experience
- J.D. and admission to the Bar of any state in the U.S.
- At least 5 years of experience with IT hosting service agreements
- High speed internet connection
