Job Summary
Our client, a prestigious international law firm with an office in Wilmington, DE, is seeking a highly credentialed litigation paralegal. The position will require active involvement in products liability matters. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-5 years experience, preferably in a large law firm setting.
Qualified candidates will have excellent organizational and case management skills as well as the following: experience with obtaining, reviewing and indexing medical records, assisting in preparing for depositions and preparing deposition summaries, experience with preparing case materials for medical experts, experience with database and litigation software packages; knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules (Federal and State), experience with trial preparation and trial assistance. Must be able to work and learn independently, meet deadlines as well as interact well with attorneys, staff and clients. Good writing and proofreading skills. Cite checking and blue booking skills a plus.
