Job Summary
We have been asked to begin reviewing resumes in anticipation of staffing a securities class action document review project for a downtown Wilmington, DE law firm. On this project, attorney candidates will assist with the review and coding of documents related to the litigation as well as the creation of a privilege log. Documents will be reviewed for relevance, attorney work product and privilege. Assisting attorneys in preparing for depositions may also be needed. This is a great opportunity for admitted attorneys, both experienced and those recently admitted to work on an interesting and high profile litigation.
Required Experience
- Active bar admission in any state
- Experience with securites or complex pharmaceutical litigation matters is a plus but not necessary
- Minimum of 6 months document review experience
Project Details
- Start Date: in next few weeks
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, at least 40 hours per week
- Duration: 6 months
- Pay Rate: market rate
