Required Experience
• Must live in (or be willing to commute to) San Francisco
• Availability for the duration of the project
• Solid and comprehensive contracts experience
• Must have at minimum 3-5 years experience of working with contracts.
• Big law firm and or major corporate level experience a must
• Must have actual US based transactional experience.
• Must be licensed in a US Jurisdiction. California preferred.
Project Details
• Start Date: The beginning of September 2012
• Duration: Through January 2013
• Pay Rate: Very competitive
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5 Days per week
• There may be overtime
