Job Summary
Hire Counsel is currently seeking Corporate Paralegal candidates who have experience with SEC filings. This position will assist with the review/preparation of offering documents and related materials for registered structured notes and the timely filings of such documents with the SEC; assist with the note flow process and other desk-related projects. We are working with a global financial institution which is looking for Paralegal candidates who are highly organized and motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working with a global company.
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Must live in (or be willing to commute to) New York
- Immediate availability
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience with SEC filings
Project Details
- Start Date: Next week
- Duration: expected 6+ months
- Pay Rate: $32/hour
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5 Days per week
