Job Summary
Hire Counsel, one of the nation's premier legal staffing and review management companies, is seeking a Legal Recruiter for our Chicago, Illinois office to service clients throughout the Midwest and Texas. As a recruiter you will identify, recruit and successfully place attorneys and paralegals in temporary positions with major law firms and corporations.
Candidates should have a Juris Doctor and a minimum of 2 years prior legal experience or have prior recruiting experience in the Legal industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a practicing attorney or recruiter to transition into an exciting career that provides work/life balance and a competitive salary. Ideal candidates for this position are motivated, energetic, organized and articulate. Candidates must also have a professional and engaging manner. Additionally, the candidate must be available to travel throughout the Mid-West and Texas on a regular basis.

Required Experience
- Must have a JD
- Must have at least 2 years' prior legal experience or have prior legal recruiting experience
- Must be available to travel throughout the Mid-West and Texas on an a regular and as needed basis
- Must have solid work ethic and excellent organizational skills
Project Details
- Start Date: Immediate
- Schedule: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, and extra hours as needed
- Duration: permanent
- Pay Rate: base + commission
