Job Summary
Hire Counsel is currently seeking paralegal candidates to assist and support a group of ISDA attorneys at a global investment bank. Responsibilities would include data analysis, contract prep and review and special projects. Qualified candidates should have excellent Word and Excel skills, be able to manage complex spreadsheets, do mail merges and be well-versed in PowerPoint. We are seeking talented, results-oriented, and accomplished paralegals for this important project. Required Experience
- Bachelors Degree
- Must live in (or be willing to commute to) downtown Manhattan
- Immediate availability
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, able to do mail merges
- Experience working with ISDA contracts a plus
Project Details
- Start Date: IMMEDIATE
- Location: Downtown Manhattan
- Duration: expected 4-5 months
- Pay Rate: $30/hour
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
